No. All he's done is made a new account to bash the game he's never played. Play the game and judge for yourself. What he's doing is spamming every forum or article that says "Aliens: Colonial Marines". He's not doing anything productive, just being a waste of CNET bandwidth and giving false accusations.

Poor kid. Makes an account just to bash one game. I'll just leave this here for you.

first of all , you clearly have one **** clue what your talking about because no , a 600 $ pc will not fix this , in fact , i wont be ABLE to play the damn game . second , what part of - you dont need to remind me how awesome it is on pc compared to 360- do you not understand ?

Calm the %^&& down douche bag or post elsewhere, we don't need teenage angst here. And btw the game looks great on my flatscreen....so your post is a fail, your demeaner here is both bizzare and crude.
The truth hurts...
Well, PC is awesome and the hardware is superior to consoles. A few months ago it was said that modern day GPU's are 20x more powerful than consoles. You bought a console, you bought the game on console, you'll have to unforuntely suffer through the bad framerates. Realistically a $600 PC could fix that problem for you.
I had this problem at first, especially during the tutorial. I'd suggest taking your time with the FOV slider and getting it just right. Helped with me, I was feeling a little ill at first.
This is the reason that I go console. Aiming sux but issues gone :) sorry hope u figure it out :)

Ignore this idiot.
I was having the same problem, I found that I gave my video card a little more voltage, not much and it stopped the blue screens and random crashes.
I dont know which FPS stealth games you have been playing , I guess certainly nor hitman or AC but the stealth in this game is pretty poor.

Then you're doing it incredibly wrong.
Poker, throwing knives, Rakyat "rampage" esque missions, races, timed races (where you follow flares on the road to deliver medical supplies before the allotted time runs down.) The there are what I like to call "mini missions" in towns where you do a small task for money, save this person, take this to that person. There are mini games all over the place. Not including things like exploring the island looking for ancient artifacts for extra XP and looting crates that you've missed.
