McDonalds has sold 10 billion hamburgers, not because they're good but because they're cheap. Same principal, parents will more often choose the cheaper system. No reason to spend extra cash on a gourmet hamburger that kids won't appreciate. PS4 is a gaming system happy meal. The ONE is for the people who don't like fast food.
The 360 images seem to be brighter which most times shows more details and yet sometimes it also seems to give the perception the brightness is a tad too high. Unfortuneately the darker screens on the PS3 which sometimes make it look clearer also lose many realistic details of the screen. Overall these systems are so close in performance that graphics are no longer a deciding factor in purchasing either system. For me the choice is 360. IMO it has better looking design, better games and more of them, much better online play, and the price was right. My neighbor is a PS3 guy all the way, although he bought it for the Blu-Ray. Funny thing is when we play games it's always at my house because he likes the 360 controller and I had my 360 first so he is used to the controls. The best part of all these console wars is the ability to choose from two great systems.
