I sold my phat ds when I got my psp lite, at the time I thought that I only needed one portable system and also has the chance to sold my ds for the same money i bought it!

Now that i have loads of work and travel quite I bit I realized how the psp wasnt fullfiling my needs and got a dsi..couldnt be happier!

I had a similar situation. I always wanted a PSP and traded my DS Lite in to get it, then Sony wants to annoy you with updates and take over my computer, so I went back to my original DS. I'd like a Lite ora DSi, but why pay full price for something you already have?

It all depends on what you want; yea it does suck for the guys who went out and bought the first ds when it came out, when if they waited a little bit they could have bought a Lite, or a DSi, which are much nicer systems(and there are better games out too). I still play the original DS, and I usually get urges to upgrade spay scraping what I can together, but why spend the money on something you already have? I could see the XL being good for people with bigger hands or poor eyesight, and people not buying it because they just bought a Lite, or a DSi, but if people weren't buying the new models Nintendo wouldn't be making them.

What GBA games? I was trift shopping forsome the other day and I found some interesting stuff(Still trying to figure out why Pokemon Ruby is $30 used?). I'm currently running in my GBA slot:

-DK Country

-Zelda:Link to the Past

hey, more respect! it's not ugly! at least not my DS. and until last week i'd answer "yes", but i finally got my hands on the DSi.BrunoBRS

Lol well it's just a little bit more 'big-boned' than the other lite models. Does anyone still play GBA games on it?

Idk about you but I'm still staring at my DS box that came with the metroid demo lol. I was curious to know if there are still a lot of people who use the old one, or if most people have upgraded to the lite, etc.

I'd go Lite just because you can still play GBA games on it, which is my main problem with the DSi, but then again I'm playing a big 'ol clunky grey DS that is older than sin :p

Currently playing Bomberman Blitz, Bomberman DS, Pokemon Mystery Dungeon. In my opinion, I like Pokemon Mystery Dungeon.

Bomberman games are always a crowd pleaser!

I've been mostly playing Pokemon Diamond, Donkey Kong Country(GBA[still has some of the best game music ever!]), and Sonic Chronicles(it's okay, but I expected something with a little more depth from Bioware).
