Should not be an issue as I do not see anything that ties a system or account to an individual disc. Case in point. I used my copy just last night to set up another account for a friend on their PS3 and was able to install and play without issue so they could try the game out before buying a copy. I can't confirm this will work on all platforms, but with the PS3, no issues at all. No online pass or anything similar required.
