@Megamandrew: It's probably because the game isn't that optimized, that's why they recommend relatively high specs. I hope it's because they updated the visuals, but the chances are low.

@nl_skipper: I personally liked siding with Mr. House, or a free New Vegas, try both! The NCR are pretty cool too, they're fine with me since I like Boone.

Another thing though, if you decide to side with Mr. House and you like the Brotherhood, don't forget to download a certain mod that relates to the both of them.
