This doesn't apply to me anymore, lol. I just bought a Geforce 7900 GS. Too bad I'm not made of money. Otherwise I'd get the Radeon X1950 XTX Crossfire! But who really cares when I can get good performance for 4 time less the money to hold me off 'til GOOD DX10 cards come out. The first won't be the best. Ya know what I mean? Like, when the 7800 GT and GTX came out everybody was excited by it's performance, but now we have the 7900 GT, GS, and GTX for less and has better performance. So don't dive in face first for the first batch of DX10 cards.
I MUST HAVE DX10 VIDEO CARDS, FOR SLI! Since it's not that long until they do come out, I'll only get a Geforce 7600 GT to hold me down until a tear it out for DX10 and Windows Vista! Woot!!!
*Transmittion Commencing* I don't know about you guys, but I REALLY want to get an Intel Core 2 Duo E6600. I'd much rather buy that for only about $300 rather than buying an AMD Anthlon Fx-60 which is a bit over $800. And the E6600 most likly is at the same speed as the Fx-60 for just about $500 less! I'm not like some ppl. that can shell out soooo much money for THE TOP OF THE LINE cpu. To tell you the truth I still have a Pentium 4 and am upgrading to the E6600 and nForce 590 MCP that'll be intel/sli enabled like the one created with the Dream Machine 11 in the Maximum Pc mag of September this year. I won't get two 7900 GTXs, but just two 7600 Gts. Like I said, I don't have all the money in the world. I probably won't get a quad cpu or quad sli until it reaches a much affordable range maybe a year or two from now. *End of Transmittion*
