Hey guys, to be honest I can't completely remember when it happened, though I'm fairly certain is has to do with the party boy perk. Level 2 specifically. Which I have.

I got the strength bobbblehead way before I ever got the perk or this happened, just to say.

So on my actual perk chart screen, my strength is 9. On my special stat screen it says (-8). But oddly enough if a raise it by one via random armor, it still says (-9). Only when I raise it by two points, (tested by drinking vodka), does the minus sign go away, and it says 10. (Which is weird because my strength is really 9!!).

I have no other effects, (besides that stupid Mole rat disease).

I'm aware people use exploits with day trippers and alcohol etc to raise their stats permanently, but I've apparently done the opposite somehow lol, any advice?
