I haven´t played FFXII, but I have Revenant Wings for the ds and I really like it, I am a fan of rpgs and RTS and even though the game is a little light on the rpg side the RTS really makes up for it, I would recommend the game if you like RTS, but don´t get it expecting a full fledged rpg it´s more on the final fantasy tactics side.
1) The internet channel is only the browser, but there are sites that host flash games that are fun to play with the wiimote (it is fun since instead of clicking with a mouse you point at the screen, there are some interesting games out there, and all of them for free)
2) a lot, probably it wont run out
3) Ive loved Super Paper Mario, Zelda, Resident Evil, and Warioware
Grab them with a+b just like you would do with miis on the mii channel, then move them around, to switch pages leave it on the + sign (left or right side of the screen) for a while
With the wii's limited memory I don't think a demo channel would be a good idea, just take a look at the sizes of the 360's demos they have huge file sizes.
It has happened to me, while wearing the strap when playing bowling (but it wasnt tightened...). I used to have trouble keeping it in my hands before but I bought a silicone skin and it no longer happens
