@NC4545: A part of it stemmed from the Sony fanboys talking about their console " true exclusives". Yeah that's right, its their trademark term now, because " exclusive " just isn't enough anymore. It's got to be a "true exclusive". You know how Sony loves their trademarks.
Trying to "out do" the other with " lists " of games that supposedly make their console of choice worth buying over the other... in their tiny fanboy troll minds.
One fanboy got too caught up in the dialogue and made this more of an issue than it needs to be.
@Barighm: Why would you need to suggest buying 3 systems to replace 1? LOL Does that sound like a viable option for the average person? The reasoning really doesn't add up man.
@Barighm: The marketing for this gets way too confusing. This won't happen.
So you're saying it would be a XBOX branded console/PC running straight Windows 10 with Steam installed???but its not upgradable (or is it?), and it would be like $600, with a controller.
Snap " Excel " as you play Gears or War, while downloading the latest virus definitions and driver updates. Mmmm nahhhhhhhh! I think I'll pass! Lololololol
@Zzshock: Interesting, but it sounds like you're talking about a Steam Machine or something. If that was revealed at E3 2020 for $700 against a Sony PS5 at like $300 it would lose immediately. It would be back to square one, it would be a pointless attempt to transition the hardware like that. The hardware will launch cheaper, not more expensive.
