I've heard good reviews about a site called Videogameplus.ca or something like that. Has anyone ever tried them before?

Hi guys. I just need a little feedback from everyone.
For those in America, Europe, Australia, Asia and other parts of the world, where do you usually buy your video games (if using the online option)? They can be specific for a continent or country. Currently at the US options, I'm looking at Toys R' Us and Best Buy. As for Asia, as much as Play-Asia and YesAsia are there... the prices are ,___,
I'm doing a little survey about it, but I'm specifically looking for the trusted ones that accept PayPal as a payment option. I was considering Gamestop for the US, but they don't accept Paypal.
And they have to be reliable, like, really reliable. I'm planning to buy a console, not a game. And brand new, not refurbished or anything like that.
Thanks.
I'm currently playing Tales of the Abyss, and I was wondering, is there a way to rip the videos (cutscenes) directly off of the CD? I've actually found the file containing the videos. They're in CMV (CVM?) file extension. I heard this is a Corel Video, so I converted it using a video converter... But then, the audio's missing! Can you guys help me...? I need it for my site....
Thanks in advance to those who can help!
