According to gamespot:
There are few differences between the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions. PS3 owners are blessed with a slightly more solid frame rate, although the 360 version features a little more contrast in the lighting, so it's pretty much a wash.
according to IGN:
These big open worlds, which are fully interactive, do come at a severe cost on PS3. There is considerable texture pop-in and noticeable framerate issues. Playing back-to-back with the 360 version, it's obvious that Ubisoft did not devote enough resources to the PS3 edition. The framerate is considerably worse, so much so that it begins to affect gameplay in the later levels
So gamespot says the ps3 runs smoother and IGN says it runs worse on the ps3?
yeah ive tried the COD demo and i was amazed at how nice it looked and how smooth it ran. (Crysis looked great but low FPS).
I mean there were things exploding EVERYWHERE and so much stuff happening and i never saw any choppyness, and it looked absolutely beautifull!!
I don't know of a non illegal way to play them >_>
But either way, the owners of those old ps1 games couldnt care less if you download the games for free. They don't sell them anymore anyway and can not make a profit on them.
..
Congratulations! You are now playing The Game.
The Game is very simple.
1. You are always playing The Game.
2. You cannot win. You can only lose.
3. You lose whenever you remember The Game.
4. As soon as you mention The Game to anyone, they begin playing as well.
And lose.
5. The goal of The Game is to have everyone on the Internet playing, and eventually everyone on... EARTH!
I have a 2.4 Quad core, 2 gigs of ram at 667 speed, and an 8800 GTS (i get over 10,000 on 3dmark06)
I have the latest drivers(the ones that came out today)... i get bad FPS on even LOW/Medium FPS (i play with 1600x1000) resolution though cause i dont want my screen to look like crap.
Theres gotta be something wrong with my system...
