Half Life 2 is getting a make over. However, HL2 and Episode 1 aside, since those can be considered just a bonus... you are still getting episode 2, portal, and team fortress 2. Episode 2 uses the updated steam engine, and should look better then Halo 3.

assuming monoprice.com carries 360 component cable, you can go with them. I have bought several things from them and never been disappointed.

Oh sorry forgot to mention, I was going to go to Best Buy or Gamespot to buy it since i plan on picking up Halo3 at the same time and I plan on doing it today. Sorry I didn't mention that sooner :(

Also, just to be informative, I'd like to let you know that an LCD monitor routed to an Xbox 360 playing Halo 3 via said VGA cable looks absolutely fantastic. I was playing on my family's 42" plasma while my friends and I were playing Halo, but now that they're gone I've been playing it on my 22" Samsung LCD monitor and I'm thoroughly impressed. You'll love it. Promise.

Aegis Wing, Puzzle Fighter HD, and Call of Duty 4 are my top online games right now. I just got into Project Gotham Racing 3 as of yesterday and that's proving to live up to the hype without feeling overtly dated.

PS: Anyone know of any good groups, unions, or whatnot where a group of Xbox Live gamers can gather and have some memorable game nights? Anyone...?
