I know why some people disliked the game, it's Dante's hair. If it was white, they would love the game. Game is awesome and not boring. You feel whole devil theme. Soundtracks are awesome. Gameplay is great, controls are easier and fun to play compared to other devil may cry games for pc and i'm talking about keyboard controls. Voice acting is good. I disliked one thing about the game and it's VSYNC problem. I don't know why the FUUU i can't turn on VSYNC in almost all Unreal-Engined games on my ATI HD 6850. It's completely bullshit. Fortunately i use third party program for that called "D3DOverrider". It forces VSYNC on. 8.0 is solid score for the game.
That's what happens when something becomes popular. All the game series including Assassin's Creed become Justin Bieber, they're all popular but also hated. Game industry doesn't care about gamers, they care about money...
Poor hit detection, unbalanced factions, bulletdrop (except Vanu faction, they have no bulletdrop !) is too much which you feel you're firing plastic balls from your toy-gun, speed of bullets are also another fail, game forces you to buy stuff in real money because they're too expensive in game, scopes etc. are worst, lag, bad optimization and low fps in high details even on high spec system (mine) and a lot of other bulshit. Still, it's one of the best free fps games and i'm serious. Huge combats are really fun ! 7.5 is actual score, 8.0 for being free.
Game is not too easy, AI is really bad. One of the best fps games out there, but also the worst Crysis game. 7.5 compared to other Crysis games, 8.0 or 8.5 compared to other FPS games. That's my opinion about the game.
First game is absolutely better, it was fantastic. This one is just boring as hell, you're doing same things again and again. Yeah, you're really doing the same things. I wish they ended the first game with a great ending so we wouldn't bother buying or playing this bulshit game.
This CoD game is really different from other CoD games. Story is not bad, but what makes it really cool is your decisions. There are a lot of weapons and a lot of customizations for those weapons too. When you shoot, you can see your enemy's wound. However, i didn't like the soundtracks, some death animations. I think the best soundtracks were in MW2 which are composed by Hanz Zimmer. I don't know if it's just me but some of the death animations are unrealistic and silly to me. Ah, and when you shoot and hit an enemy, there appears a white cross which shows you hit your enemy, just like in multiplayer. It's pretty unnecessary and i hated it. I also hated the some of the cinematics, especially the ones appear when you complete your mission. In cinematic, a few planes fly to the base (probably). What's the point of that cinematic ? And there's a really bulshit ending cinematic too, pointless and kills all the atmosphere of the game. My score is 7.0, but most of the CoD fans will get mad so let's make it 7.5.
I think we need Iron Man, Spider-Man, Hulk games just like Batman Arkham Asylum-City. Oh man it would be great !!! I wish web swinging was more realistic and optimization was better in Amazing Spider-Man, still good though.
