Hey guys i just rang up Hp to tell them about my problem and all they did was lie to me,so i came to the hardware forums, iv never used these before i was just hoping i could get some help to play some good online games again =]

Well basicly my ping jumps from 10-20 to 2000+ every 10 or so seconds, making it imposible to play online games, 

Im running windows vista ultimate on my hp dv9030eu laptop

i have even tryed an agressive reformat and i still have the problem, i have got all the latest drivers for my hardware 

other pc's on my network are perfectly fine, although mine is the only one running vista (myrouter is a BT Homehub)

it was fine for a while but it has just suddenly started to happen.

I hope someone can help, i realy want to get back into my pc gaming =]

OK guys. so i brought a WII

my local gameshops have been sold out for ages, i walked into morrisons they put me on a list, and huh next day

so quick recomendation for all UK guys, try get one from them if you havent tryed already =]

Onto the next part, i going to use my Wii when my mates are round, just as a party console kinda thing, so what games should i get, any accesories ? im going to buy some more WII motes, but is there any point in me getting the gamecube style remotes, or are they for singleplayer experinces, cheers in advance for any feedback guys =]
