I don't see how they're at fault for people not keeping their PCs secure. I've had a WoW account since the day the game was released and I've never been "hacked". The reason why - I'm not an idiot.

It isn't weak passwords. It's people that unintentionally let keyloggers get installed on their PCs. If more people cared about the security of their PC, less people would get "hacked".

You mean the authenticator that you can get for free on a cell phone? Or free via a text message if your cell phone isn't a smartphone? Or the one where you basically cover the cost of shipping a physical product? Yeah, they're sure getting rich of this scheme.
