thanks for that i like this mobo 5 years warranty it must be good i will go with the sabertooth i also think i will go for the 7950 my last concern is that i will be using a 40" HDTV Screen would i be better off to invest in a 27" gaming screen or will i not notice the performance diffrence with theese parts?

thanks for that comparison chart but am i reading it right Battlefield 3 - 1920x1200 - Ultra Quality + 4xMSAA only 40fps??? or is that normal for this game on max i was hoping this thing could fully max it but i guess it has its limitations p.s i will most likely be using a hdtv 40" screen at 1080p not sure of the refresh rate but if i notice tearing i will get a 27" gaming screen for about $300

hmm yes the thermal armour is a little concerning and i did not realise that the onboard fan was an intake i dont want to have to make a filter it should be there as standard hmm hard choice i want a few more peoples opinions on the bpoards before i jump in and buy thanks for all the help so far

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AeumbWp-A0s

it seems that you can use the onbord fan as a exuast instead of an intake is that right?>

thanks for that guys so there is no need to worry about the 16x 8x/8x split awesome

screw the digi crap its not important

and you say it is worth going the extra mile for the sabertooth or theFatal1ty

which one is better

ASRock Fatal1ty Z77 Professional Motherboard$245.00

or

ASUS Sabertooth Z77 Motherboard$249.00

i like the design of them both i am a little concerned that the cover on the sabertooth will accualy increase the heat but it is meant to be better cooling + dust protection

and do you guys think theASUS Radeon HD7870 DirectCu II 2GB$289.00

is good enough or should i go the extra and get aASUS Radeon HD7950 DirectCu II 3GB$355.00

the price diffrence is not too crazy and its got a better384-bit memory interface and 1gb more

i am set on using pccasegear.com good price great warranty

i am planning a build i was going to get it on my next payday but have decided to wait so i can spend more on it

i had this board in mind

ASRock Z77 Extreme4-M Motherboard$119

but i don't understand some things

does this board support 28nm technology

what is the purpose or meaning of Digi Power Design 4 + 2 power phase design, also i dont understand the 16x 8x/8x split thing for multiple gfx cards

can this mobo support a second gfx card possibly a third or fourth (and in the event of having 2/3/4 gfx cards will it be a problem that this only has 2 pcie 3.0s)

i have also been looking at other more expensive mobos but am lost when it comes to understanding their compatibility with my other parts

ASUS Sabertooth Z77 Motherboard$249 does this support 28nm gfx cards, k unlocked series cpu, this one is said to be great for overclocking

ASRock Fatal1ty Z77 Professional Motherboard$245does this support 28nm gfx cards, k unlocked series cpu, whats better this or the sabertooth

Pc Case Gear Intel 1155 MoBo List

i will post the rest of the parts to see if they will work together

Thermaltake VM600M1W2Z Dokker Mid Tower Chassis$61.00 Temporary case will be replaced and this will end up as a lesser family computer

CoolerMaster GX 750W PSU$105 is this enough power to run a dual gfx card setup(if necessary i could spend more on this part) and will it carry on to support the extra power needed by -->

PSU List @ PcCaseGear.com

Thermaltake Level 10 GT LCS Case$419 i will not start out with this case it is a future buy and will be used to overclock the cpu, gpu, ram

Intel Core i5 3570K$235 i am happy with this cpu i don't need the i7 its only benefit is hyperthreading and a slight performance increase

CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO CPU Cooler$36 i am not sure if it is needed but i have heard the stock cpu cooler is rather useless also i understand this will be obsolete once i get the LCS Case (this cooler will end up in the family pc)

Cooler List @ PcCaseGear.com

ASUS Radeon HD7870 DirectCu II 2GB$289 im torn on this card i looks great but if i wait a bit i could get a 3gb direct cu 2, i could just get 2 of these over time that would rival the 3gb plus i can overclock it once i get the LCS Case this is a part i could change(spend more) if needed

GFX Card List @ PcCaseGear.com

Corsair Vengeance CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3$49 this part is open to scrutiny as im not sure if i want or need faster ram better cooling ram ect...

RAM List @ PcCaseGear.com

Western Digital WD Black 1TB WD1002FAEX$109 i have heard this a good strong fast reliable HDD but what do i know i am happy to consider a different HDD or even a SSD + HDD combo if the price is right

HDD List @ PcCaseGear.com

my main concern is the mobo i have have chose (ASRock Z77 Extreme4-M Motherboard) will it be able to stand up to the overclocking and the upgrade parts like a second gfx card LCS Case and more ram

plus will the psu have enough power to also support a second gfx card LCS Case More Ram And Overclocking

so to sum up will all the parts work together

will it all fit in the Thermaltake VM600M1W2Z Dokker Mid Tower ChassisCase and eventualyThermaltake Level 10 GT LCS Case

will the PSU Be Good enough powerful enough for a dual gfx setup with the LCS Case or will i need more Power

will the mobo support upgrades(second gfx card, lcs case, overclocking) and is it worth going with the more expensiveSabertooth

also does the mobo support 28nm gfx cards k-unlocked cpu

will the gfx card run new games at max settings (skyrim,prototype2,sleeping dogs,bf3,dayz,arma3,ect...) And Is it worth waiting for the 3gb Direct Cu 2

can i save money in any areas without Sacrificing power/performance

sorry there are so many questions but it is alot of money to hand over without fully understanding the product

i am infinitely grateful for any help provided it will put my mind at ease knowing all the information before buying

P.S I dont want to go much over the $1500 Mark In Aussie Dollars

thanks V-I-N-C-E
