I own a PS3, and it gets the majority of my playtime these days. I'll also say that the PS3 is getting some good exclusive games games in the next 6 months that I think a lot of gamers will want to play. A cursory examination of the first few pagers on here or a look at the upcoming games for the PS3 on this site should fill you in nicely on what interests you...

...But the 360 has its own fair share of exclusives coming, and the majority of games on the PS3/360 are multiplat. And you'd spend way more money rebuilding your current collection of multiplats (assuming you keep games around) than you'd get liquidating any games. And then, on top of that, you'd sacrifice all access to the DS and (assuming you don't have a DSi) Gameboy Advance libraries?

Seems too high a price to pay. Why not save up and get the PS3 while keeping your current equipment?

Thanks Man, your argument was very valid, will keep the DS and 360, and maybe, in the near future, will buy a PS3, not before a HUGE TV though!

So I am having thoughts of trading in my Xbox 360 and Nintendo DS for the PS3. What would I have to gain from this trade (i.e PS3 exclusives) and what would I have to lose (i.e X360 Exclusives + DS games)
