@huerito323 @Tialian Perhaps. But in my experience people that play shooters on consoles are at a vast skill disadvantage because they aren't used to reacting so fast or shooting with rapid precision. Some years ago I played 16 player halo and simply wiped the floor with everyone that thought they were good at the game. Maybe that has changed, but I doubt by much.
@netter99 @yeah_28 If that was the case it wouldn't be releasing in 6 months. If they just wanted to make little improvements to BF3 they could have just released a patch. BF4 looks more like an attempt to milk people for money like the CoD series.
Guess you didn't detect the sarcasm. At any rate, I'm a PC gamer. Playing shooters on consoles is the kind of thing PC gamers like me laugh about. There is a reason PC players can't play with console players, consoles would get owned big time.
@grin89 Have to agree. I loved how PlanetSide had animations for entering and exiting vehicles, such a small detail really brought a lot of immersion to the game. It was unfortunate that it wasn't kept in PS2. Seems a shame that BF would have such realistic elements like destructible buildings and yet people are still teleporting in and out of vehicles.
@henrykczypionka Good game and horribly priced don't seem like they belong in the same sentence. $60 is the standard for new games these days, when you consider that fact D3 actually gives you a lot of bang for your buck. (and with the RMAH maybe you can get some of that back)
@GunghoIguana After playing through on Normal I found things got noticeably challenging once you hit act 3. You will die and be forced to change tactics if you've been ignoring vitality up to this point.
@demonic_85 Its really your loss if you're the type that thinks graphics determine how good a game is. I've seen some amazing looking games over the years with state of the art graphics for their time yet they ended up being coasters because the developers either didn't know anything about proper game play or released the game too early full of bugs and unplayable. Coasters, all of them.
@ioannisdenton Unlike previous Diablo games, D3 isn't all about the loot. Really in D3 the loot is just a bonus because the simple act of playing is a great joy.
