I read somewhere that if morale is low for a character you can take him out on a run or something to get it back up. How to use ask the survivors back at the house to join you on missions and whatnot?

I put the gta 4 trainer and loader where they belong but I'm playing the game through boot camp on my mac and the F3 key won't open the trainer, I'm assuming its because I'm using a Mac. Anyone know how to open the trainer on a mac??
