I moved house a few monthes ago. The new room I have my pc in can get hot at times, especially under my desk (where my computer is). Now, whenever I play a game I can only play it for about 10 minutes. After that time a warning comes up saying my card will damage itself, so it has lowered its performance. The fps plumets and i can't play anymore.

I'm wondering what the best cooling system there is out there. I don't care if it's water or fans. But my budget is about £60 ($120). Also is it a problem that I have a Compaq Preario case? Because I've heard that you can't upgrade them easily.
