I would say that Japanese language with subtitles will be selectable.
As far as how the characters sound, if you've played Kindgom Hearts, you already know, they're using the same voice actors.
Rumors and petitions for FF7 to be remade have been flying around for years. Thus far Square-Enix has only said that's it's a nice idea but not too likely to happen. With the demand in it though it wouldn't be too surprising if it did eventually happen. I read somewhere too (although it was online, and I beleive less than half of what i read online) that they said they will announce in 2007 wherter or not they will, but that will just be to announce if they're going to, not that it'll be out that year. Production would probably take like 2 years according to estimations for a new gen remake of it.
K, so i know the US release is only 2 weeks away, but, after all the push backs, about 2 months ago i broke down and bought the subtitled version. For those of you who haven't seen it yet, all I'm gonna say is this...FRESH!!!
Easily one of the best movies (game based or otherwise) I have seen in a LONG time, i would go so far as to even say that it may one of the best movies I've EVER seen. And yeh, I may be a little biased because i loved FF7 so much, but even so it was awesome. My gf knows nothing about FF7 at all, and she thought it was a great movie.
I'm still gonna buy the dubbed version when it comes out though. Meantime, if anyone is interested I'm gonna be selling this copy so, if you're interested, send me a pm.
Those new summons certainly look fresh, and it's nice to have a change...but I'm gonna miss some of the older ones. Funny how alot of them are old FF endbosses (Chaos, ExDeath, Zeromus)
One Wiged Angel, hands down! Especially the Advent Children version, some people think mixing rock and orchastra sucks, but hey, I thought they pulled it off pretty well.
