@Duke_51 @demonic_85 He means with modds, is my guess. In some ways, with modds, GTA IV looks better. Not the other way around.

@megadeth1117 Those screens are not from console. When games are made they are made using computers. So even if they are released on consoles, screen shots can and usually come from PC. You should know that by now. And yes, current consoles are very limiting. Play Skyrim or GTA IV on the console of your choice and then on a average PC with modds and you would see how limiting they are.

@Ovirew No one is saying the person is not to blame. What they are saying are things like mental health needs to be better funded to help stop these things or it should be harder to obtain military assault rifles or schools should have better protection (safe rooms, guards, or external deterrents like locked entrances, etc). So stop over generalizing and trivializing other people's views.

What he is really saying: Look at video games instead of why a mental ill person has access/ability to get military assault rifles.

I can see what people mean when they say that the person that pulls the trigger is to blame. I can see when people say there won't be such a high body count if an assault rifle is not used. I cannot see what people mean when they blame video games/movies. I have never seen any evidence proving that.

I will save you the money: We all agree violent video games and kids do not mix. We should also agree that government should stay out of adults and their choice on what they play.

I do not care what some say, because Steam is awesome!

@T-Lord_5 It is the best they can do with seven year old tech. It's not PC.

@poster012 That would look good for 3DS. On a "next gen" console, it is not even average.

Any game that is not open world, is not worth my time.
