What's the best brand to get? Is Fruit of the Earth Aloe Vera juice any good? Because that's the only brand they have at my local wal marts and they seem to be the only place to have aloe vera juice. People bring up the idea to ask your doctor, but, you bring up nothing medical. You're simply asking what's a good brand to buy, and my recommendation is to just get a bottle that's as pure aloe vera as possible -- there's no need of any flavoring or anything else added, unless you don't like the taste (which, personally, I don't think is bad). Aloe vera is aloe vera, so no need to be too picky on brand. As far as health benefits go, research is limited, but as far as we know, it shouldn't kill you to try it and see if you like it, and if it helps out with any problems you're currently facing. Don't be drinking 8 glasses a day of it or anything, it is from a plant that has possible medical effects, and who knows what too much of it may due to your system in the short or long term. How exactly can I tell if its the purest one or whatever? I've read some info on some sites and they say some brands dont even have much aloe vera in it and that they just wannna sell their products. Also is the one in the link any good?
