@mad7334 That's my take on it. They already had plenty of customer feedback to go on so I'm not buying the whole "see? we can haz listens!" It took the US military to sit them down and say "you guys are fucking stupid."

To me this has nothing to do with console wars. This is about Micro$oft's attitude towards gamers in general. They are an intrusive, beligerent company and I have lost total respect for them. "**** you, buy a 360" was the last straw for me. No **** YOU Microsoft, I've bought MORE than enough 360's from you.

I have always been a multi-platform gamer and this is the first time in history I'm about to give a big "**** you" to a console.

I'm just amazed that a major company finally has the balls to admit they fucked up and not blame everything from hackers to Obama.

Oh, and product research IS a part of marketing. So they admitted they fucked up at the most fundamental level.

I don't care if it does or does not have multiplayer. Gasoline management better be a huge part of the gameplay as that was pretty much the central theme of the second movie.
