If you end up leaning towards the new offer...talk to the present employer before you drop the bomb or commit to the new job and they may actually give you some good reason$ to stay.

Now I remember, my roommate's insane girlfriend. My roommate is not home and she keeps calling from 12AM to 4:30AM until I got so mad I pick it up. I don't want to touch his stuff, but, I can't take it anymore, it is 4:30AM. And his psychotic girlfirend knows my name as ask if he is in the room. I am like WWWWWWWWTTTTTTTTTFFFFFFFFFFFF. The amount of anger in me is really hard to describe.
