I'm not a gamer. I mean I have a PS4, play games on my PC and have a back room with about 6 old school consoles I've played since I was small but oh god, the last thing I'd like to be is included in the 'gamer' category. Have you ever met one/been abused online by one?

Aside from that, it'd be interesting to see what the male:female ratio is when you take out mobile gaming. On my way to work I see just as many men playing on their phones as women so I'm not sure "women only play games on smartphones" is a valid argument.

@king_quaps: I read stats that 60% of FF14 EU players are female. Such a good game, too.

@barsaf: I've not tried MGO yet, will give it a go - thought it was having lots of problems?
