Like everyone has said, the game comes with enough cards to play a single player match with the computer. You can go to your nearest gamestop, Borders, or comic shop to buy more boosters or starter decks. Be warrned though if you decide to play single player the computer is realy difficult if you've never played a card game like this before.

That said I think you and your son with have a great time playing this game, the cards effects are cool, the music is awsome, and battling eachother is great!

I got the game this morning. So far, yes the frame rate has dipped on me noticably on portal (which is an awsome game). Yes it can get annoying at times but damnit it's still a cool game and I've liked it so far. I recomend that if you want it, get it or rent it (it is very playable) but if you're still pissed at the fact that EA put PS3 on the back burner for ports (and I don't blame you if you are) you can pass and still be happy with another game.

Off course, the best way to find out is for you to play yourself so you don't have to take my word for it.

My friend get's into fights with his girlfriend all the time and she usually ends up doing something as childish as that. On that note: I don't have to know what the fight was about to know that what she did was dumb and stupid. Secondly, you don't necesarily need to dump her because of this but you can use this as a learnnig experience in your relationship. Third, I feel she really needs to "make it up to you." :twisted:

If all else fails, find something just as expensive and precious to her and throw it full speed at the ground. Then you'll see a blog on her myspace saying "my boyfriend threw my make up case full speed at the ground."
