Infinity Ward recently patch MW2, it took care of glitches where people could walk through certain objects and detects most modders and infection lobbies. Call of Duty 4 and WaW are never going to be patched again however.

Some of the voice actors are still in recording, anything people get their hands on would be an unfinished product.

They recently did an update that patched quite a few glitches. No chance for DLC. Any time they have is going into MW3. Plus Activision only allows DLC for the most current Call of Duty, which would be Black Ops.
