I'm just kidding, there will probably be 100 people that reply to that without reading the rest. Although I love Halo 3 it didn't live up to the hype simply because there was SO MUCH hype. They had Halo 3 Mountain Dew for christ's sake!
My real answer would be Bioshock and Call of Duty 4. Both amazing games and both exceeded my expectations.
sell it and buy a 360. i own both systems and find the 360 a better value. i feel like the game library makes a system and the 360 wins hands down (for now) in the category. i am looking forward to mario cart and maybe brawl, but after that what's there to look forward too? I find the replay value of the games available for the 360 is a lot higher too due to the online multiplayer of games like halo, COD4. not to knock the wii, i like it. but if i had to choose, the 360 is the better system
ya i chose a 720 32" sony over a 40" 1080p samsung. saved about $600 and haven't regretted the decision once. its just a matter of preference and the room ur gonna put it in. also if ur tv is less than 32", don't waste ur money on 1080p
i havent officially given up yet but im close. GH3 on expert. i beat gh2 on expert which i thought was quite an achievement but gh3 is def harder. we'll see maybe one day ill play it allll day and see how far it gets me. it just with that game its hard to play after a while cuz ur hands hurt and the room starts moving like the screen...
ya i agree with you. while i prob won't ever trade the game in bc i like playing it with my friends since u can bring guests online, i also feel like the game was rushed. a lot of the multiplayer is bs too. and the maps for $10, come on. do those maps really make the game worth $70? halo is an ok game, very overrated.
my friend has resistance and he loves it, he also likes halo as well. I would like to edit my original post in that one of the main reasons that I am so mad is that I pay for this service. While $50 a year is not expensive, it is more money than ps3's or the wii's (whenever it gets releasesd) as they are free. Being that xbox live gold is a paid service i feel like it should be lag free, which is what has always plauged the halo games, particually halo3
Listen I wanna preface by saying that im no noob and not that bad at halo 3. im a 42 rank and could be higher if i ever played ranked matches (mostly play social with my friends). Anyway I just would like to rant that I'm sick of halo3 mp, it just seems like bs most of the time. at least 30% of the matches are ruined by lag, making them unplayable. other times i just wanna throw my controller at the tv bc theres just no way that i died and not my opponent. I watch the replays and it clearly shows me shooting him, but no health is going down on my oppenent. I got COD4 a couple weeks ago but havent played it yet, so I think i may give that a try. So let the sh*t fly cuz I know im gonna hear it, but i just hadda rant to some1 that halo just aint what it used to be....
Besides the cool gift giving thing, doesn't this update get rid of mp3 support and replace it with AAC? I'm afraid to update bc of this. Anyone know if this is true?
i just picked up the new pro with hdmi. i'm wondering if i will see a difference if I buy an hdmi cable? i have a 32" 720p screen and the hd cables that it came with look nice. so should i spend the money to buy an hdmi cable?
