Easy tiger. I'm a day one PS3 gamer. Most of the people on my Friend's List are as well. It's a little different if you just got your PS3 a month ago. Don't try to milk some nobility when there is none, fanboy. I, and virtually ALL my friends own these games already. We're disappointed, to say the least. Sony took care of newer gamers- that's it. They couldn't care less about the hardcore gamers that made them who they are. You're damn right I'm going to complain. Add the fact that I'm a Canadian who is complaining and you know it's been a lot for me to endure.

I understand the need to defend Sony, I do. Honestly. But they f*cked up. Royally. And instead of using the opportunity to truly reach out to their consumers; say, offering a caveat to gamers like me that already had those games something to the effect of $25 credit to your wallet to use as you like... Instead, they simply regurgitated years-old games, and didn't fully flesh out the notion that they'd be insulting the gamers that previously paid money for said titles.

I understand people when they say Sony doesn't have to give us anything... But, that's crap. I bought MLB.TV to watch exclusively on my PS3. They failed in delivering it to me. Period. Restitution of some kind is the bare minimum. Hell, they haven't even once apologized.

I am a Canadian consumer that supported Sony since day one. I still the phat launch day console. Nothing but loyal. So...

To recap:

-Welcome Back games that I already own.

-100 Home items I couldn't care less about.

-No refund on MLB.TV loss of service.

-No Qriocity

-No identity theft protection.

Wow. Thanks for not even trying.

You've managed to somehow make the emotional equivalent of slapping me in the face, peeing on my shoe, sleeping with my sister, and stabbing me in the back.

Someone pass me my Xbox controller.
