Yeah, I've picked up the 360 to move it while a disc was spinning before and it made a nasty sound and scratched the disc up... luckily it was a rental! Screw you Blockbuster!
I have the BB game pass and I'm cancelling it for Gamefly instead. The BB game pass sucks because you're limited to the store you bought your pass at. So if that store doesn't carry the a game that you want, you're outta luck. They should change the game pass to include online rentals like they did with the movie pass. That would be ideal. Also, the price of a 2 rental subscription to Gamefly is still cheaper than a 1 game subscription to BB.
Last night I brought my 360 over a friend's house and set it up. About 15 minutes later his dog got tangled in the power cord and pulled the whole system off the table it was sitting on. It fell about 3 feet onto a carpeted floor, and it landed full force on the back corner. The machine made this horrible sound and I quickly shut it off. Everything seems to be ok now... except the hard drive is a little loose. Thank god! I hope no problems develop over the next couple of days.
Has anyone else dropped their console before? Did you have any problems afterwards?
