@MALMSTEEN4774 @Steven83r @SirSlimyScrotum Not if you have a console selector. Besides the thought of ruining my new console and risk overheating issue by playing a ps3 game kinda sucks. Also would you honestly be wiling to pay 600 for PS4 just so you can play PS3? or pay 400 and stream them? Paying for BC is no different than Sony charging you half price of PS3 all over again.

@Yannakos @Incubus420 You forget one thing. Your $500 PS4 will be around for 10 years or so. While you complain about that you and most of the world and the Americans that can't afford it are spending 2-700 bucks on the new iphone then again in 1 year and again in 1 year. Sony isn't making you buy a new PS4 5 6 7 every year. So it is actually a pretty damn good investment. Unlike your new Iphone.

@Darkefka @ajay1708 Or not sell your PS3 and get a job. You have 7 months or so to save up 500. It's really not that difficult. I already put aside 500 of my tax money and saving up a little more for games at launch. And still have all my launch consoles dating back to N64 and PS1

@nick280455 Get a surge protector and a console selector. Really cannot be that difficult. Who gives a damn about BC. Why are you buying a PS4 to play PS3 or PS2 games on. If you were a true gamer you would keep your consoles and not expect the company to implement all the chips into the next one.

@SirSlimyScrotum Exactly man. I still have my original PS1 and PS2 and other consoles. I don't care that my launch PS3 60gb plays PS1 and PS2 games. Stop selling your damn consoles! I don't buy next gen to play last gen. Why is no one bitching their radios can't play 8-track?
