@pcgamer1972 @StarKiller2127 @mike300zxt nope i have unlimited 4g hotspot usage with my carrier for no extra costs. you can find good deals if you look around. and it runs nearly as fast as my wired connection at home.

@mike300zxt you can there is this thing called 3g and 4g most everywhere now a days you can ether use your phone as a hub or buy a cheap hub through your local cell phone provider and play your game just about anywhere. and i i remember correctly a lot of trains and plains are now starting to have on board wifi. as for on a bus i wouldn't trust having my laptop out on one.

@bloody-hell i bought diablo 3 at the midnight launch and after the first half hour there was not a single problem for me and i enjoyed it and didn't have a single problem with the always online DMR and i got my moneys worth out of the game so i have not a single complaint about it. and no i don't buy all DLC i only buy a few here or there that i might like i don't go buy all the stuff they release just because. and that has nothing to do with DRM which is what my post was about

im sick of all these people constantly complaining about DRM. guess what if you people hadn't pirated games so much in the past there might not be a need to put DRM in games. i still remember when games started using single use CD keys that where linked to an account and people complained then to but that didn't stop it. it isn't that hard to get broadband internet or even DSL in almost everywhere now a days only if you live in some small village in the middle of no where that doesn't even have indoor plumbing you might have a problem. DRM isn't going anywhere and you constantly complaining about it isn't going to change a thing.

@skunkpants they wouldn't need DRM if people weren't constantly pirating games. people brought this on themselves. and it isn't that big of a deal.

@RedWave247 if you feel that way you will be missing out on a lot of games as always online DRM is the new normal and you complaining about it isn't going to stop it. i remember when people where complaining about single use CD keys and look how that went. if people didn't pirate games so much they wouldn't be pushing DRM so much so people like you have brought this on yourself.

@DramacydalN3D it is time for you to bite the bullet and upgrade your internet because this kind of stuff is the new normal and broadband has been around nearly nationwide for over a decade. heck i have had T1 since around 95. you cant blame other people for your shortcomings.

to all you people complaining about digital distribution you have no idea what your talking about. i was the same way at first until i realized you can get a digital copy of a game for a fraction of the price. i have nearly 300 games on my steam library and bought most of them for about a quarter of their normal price. not to mention updating the game is so much easier through steam as well as modding the game now that they have steam workshop. and i have a few games they removed from the steam store for a few reasons and they all still install and work just fine. so quit complaining.

@exedeath it is PC games you cant resell PC games no where i know of has bought used PC games for over 10 years so you are demanding that digital games do something you cant even do with the physical games.
