Unless this rich man directly threatened the well being of this "Bob" character, then absolutely not.-Sun_Tzu-
Why not? Any reason?
Because everyone has the right to life unless they infringe on another person's right to life. Yet you are pro-abortion.[QUOTE="Spicy-McHaggis"]My sister is currently dead to me as of the moment, and I don't plan on speaking to her for at least 2 years, unless I have to. LeGoofyGoober
no offense, but you seem to be extremely over dramatic. your other thread for instance. yes, i know having leukemia is horrible and i am sorry for your friend. but you are overreacting. he is not dead, yet you were crying "horribly". he is not your direct family member. theres a good chance he'll live. many have had leukemia and lived. and now you're not talking to your sister? why? you should never abandon a family member.
You defintaely seem to know the whole story.
It doesn't matter that he isn't a family member, he is extremely sick, and it's possible he could die.
You've obviously never expierienced somethign so stressful and upsetting. He might as well of adopted me when I came to this new country, and you've never expierienced that either. It's intimidating, and you have nothing to go by but liberal stereotypes.
A best friend was something I really needed, and he was more than there for me. I wouldn't be who I am today if it wasn't for him. But you seem too insensetive to bother explaining such things.
You know nothing about any of this, and the fact that you would point me out and criticize me, not to mention go nearly off topic, upsets and offends me.
Learn some respect.
My advice, poor as it may be, is to be right there with him through the process:
( In a thick Scottish Accent) If/when he loses his hair due to chemo, shave your own hair perhaps. Make regular visits to see him, and make sure he fully knows that there are people who care about him. His indomitable 6'7 spirit will piledrive the cancerous cells into a sheeps intestines and eat it for lunch, then he will be fit as a bagpipe for many years, but what do I know, Im not a doctor.
He always trys to imitate my accent, it just gives him tears. It's real funny, he sounds totally like an Italian Santa who is just too jolly for his cowboy hat.[QUOTE="Spicy-McHaggis"] I'm 15, I can barely cook an egg. SkylinePigeonYou can learn. :P Or be manly and GRILL! Doesn't every guy learn that skill at some point? :P He would definately dig a steak out. Maybe a deer steak. A steak that I shot :D. He's just that kinda dude :) Yeah I like that idea.
[QUOTE="Spicy-McHaggis"][QUOTE="SkylinePigeon"]I'm really, really sorry. But first of all I would say you might not lose him--that's not final yet. Having a defeatest attitude is going to be hard for him and you. Be brave and believe that he will pull through. Without a positive mindset I doubt he will survive, and he needs people to be strong with him.DivergeUnifyI am thinking about rounding up some of our buddies, spending all my $$$ on a nice dinner, and reminisced over it. I'd take him for a drink, but it won't sit well with him if he survives Chemo. cook. it'll be much more memorable I'm 15, I can barely cook an egg.
