Why would they make us pay for cross game chat? It should've been a feature in PSN from the start, along with streaming music through your ps3 from your iPod.
I wanted to preorder it yesterday, but found that gamestop isnt taking anymore. Do you guys think they'll have extras, or is there another place to go buy it?
Square Enix never really gave us any plot information, but it's a Final Fantasy so we really don't need to worry about the plot being bad. If you want to have a taste of what the Final Fantasy universe has to offer, I recommend you play X. Which also happens to be the best one that came out recently. FFXII sucked. Don't play that, you won't have an idea of what XII is going to be like.
I also tried to do that so I could just listen to my music whenever as opposed to putting my iPod in every time. I tried and tried, but there just doesn't seem to be a solution. Anyways, you should try to research this problem. Finding a work-around this would be great.
I think you should just go for the titles you really want as opposed to getting all of those when they come out. For my PS3, i'm only getting Bioshock 2, God of War III, Heavy Rain, and Super Street Fighter IV. For my 360 I mainly go for exclusive shooters. However, I only have Halo: Reach on my list right now :/
I purchased a slim on launch date and its running smoothly. However, if anything goes wrong in the future, i want to be covered. So, is it possible to extend the one year warranty with Sony? If so, how long and how many times can i extend it for. If you guys know anything, please let me know. Thanks.
Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2, All the rachet and clank games, Final Fantasy X(not X2), Jak Series, and Prince of Persia Sands of time (maybe the 2nd and third, but i dont really care for them as much). I know the thread doesn't involve PS1 games, but I really want Final Fantasy VII and VII to be remastered in Blu-Ray,
I appologize if this has come to anybody's attention earlier in the thread, because it'll take hours to read through every message to see if someone has already said this. How are we, gamers that have not even played FFXII, going to judge how the whole game plays out by looking at a couple of maps earlier in the game and some reviews made by people who haven't even finished the Japanese version of the game, let alone understand it. I know this is what the first six hours of the game look like, but when i played passed FF games i spent well over 30 hours on them. What i'm trying to say is that just because these maps look extremely linear doesn't mean that the whole game is like this. Also, i'm sure even on maps like these, the story and the combat that i'm used to seeing in old FF games keeps the user occupied until the game gets more complex in terms of how the player gets from point A to B. Right or wrong, I believe it is better to form our overall opinion on the game when all of us have beaten and understood FFXII to it's fullest extent, not just speculate how linear it is based on other people's opinions.
How am i supposed to extend the 1 year warranty with sony just in case anything goes wrong?(I bought mine from gamestop on the 25th and they said their1 year warranty could not be extended. Sony also has one year, so i felt no need to buy one from gamestop when the console comes with one.)Also, when are they going to patch firmware 3.0 so i am able to finish uncharted drakes fortune before uncharted 2 comes out?
