Hello you guyz, Just wanting to make a bit of an inquiry on this.  Now, I would like to make a call out to all you experience players out there to help a pair guys that want to really help out in Alerts and Raids.  You see, me and my friend are both Earth powered, me being a DPS and him being the Tank.  My simple questions are this.

What powers as a DPS should I have for myself and what Plan of Mods should I look for?

What Powers as a Tank should my friend get to become a very good Earth Tank, and what Plan of Mods should he go for as well?
