Wait...you mean to say they are making PS3's WITHOUT backwards compatibility these days? What the heck? Who's brilliant idea was that? I got the 60GB at Launch. It plays every PS2 game out. Why would they REMOVE a feature like that?
So many people who joined the Elder Scrolls fanbase on Oblivion say Oblivion is better. Others, mainly those who played Morrowind first say Morrowind is better. A few that played Morrowind first say Oblivion is better, and vice versa. I played Oblivion first. I would LIKE to not be considered a graphics-hog, but the thing is, I cannot go back to Morrowinds graphics. People say "Oh, its all about gameplay." I hate this argument because graphics is PART of gameplay. If because of technological boundaries, I swing my axe and it doesn't look like it hits the enemy even if it does, I don't get the same feel while playing. With the new systems out, not only are visual graphics improved, but also audio, controls, etc. Morrowind is too choppy, blocky, and unrefined as far as visual quality goes for me to actually enjoy. I guess the point I am trying to make is more of a proposal: Please remake Morrowind, and Arena and Daggerfall while you are at it, with today's (or at the very least, Oblivion's) graphics, controls, and smoothness. From what I've read, I DO think I would like Morrowind much better. I just...I just can't do it though. Sigh.
