Games are generally set in worlds where bad things happen and the heroes have to save the world or at least survive it. Rather than trying to make our world like those game worlds, I think it's better we use that as a precaution to avoid turning our worlds into a game world.

@tightwad34 @Falru Most maker of mature games do not intend to earn money by selling them to children or irresponsible parents, while ESRB or similar rating system may not be enforced very strictly by legal means, in my experience is enough for responsible adult to protect their children. It doesn't require a post graduate degree to read the signs on game packages.

People are allowed to have heavy weaponry for self defense and tons of ammo moving around the market unchecked, parents don't need to take any responsibility for their children (It's all games fault!), and gamers aren't allowed to have opinion when crazy politician try to turn them into a scapegoat. What a great country USA has turned into, time to exercise the right to bear arms, and correct the mistake.

@Truth_Hurts_U Some game companies are known to use questionable method to gain publicity, the game series's promotional trailers shown deep silver to be one of them. One can not help but wonder they might be trying to ride the wave of controversy regarding video game violence caused by recent events, if that's the case, this is a publicity stunt of very bad taste.

Wait, maybe it's literally a bait, so the police in UK can lure out those potential threat of the public, and put whoever bought this under surveillance?

It may turn out better if the game is good, but judging from the previous installment, it's highly possible that this "ultra collectible" version will become a "prove the owner have really bad taste" token of shame.

@weisguy119 "Arkham Universe" scared the hell out of me. No "Batman" prefix and the word "Universe" sounded really like an MMO..

@FearMe801 Would be easier to just castrate all those people who like to have unprotected sex but don't want to bother with the responsibility with raising children.

There is no way a child can get gun or mature game without the parents noticing, if they really cared.

@SwimSwimHungry some news report said the shooter was a fan for the COD series, but neglected to mention the series have been rated M for quite some time.
