I'm really liking the Lakers chances and it's up to the Lakers to take this chance and grab it, Bynum is back looking great, lakers have no excuse not to make it to the finals, even if we meet Portland, Portland can't beat us in LA either so I like our chances against the young team, we can win it all no matter who comes out of the east.

Yup it ain't to shabby Lakers should beat Memphis and I have no problem with Shannon Brown starting ahead of Farmar, that should motivate him to be more aggressive when he does get in the game and Phil probably just wants to see what can do and send the other teams watching the Lakers mixed messages.

I feel the Lakers could of had tonights game but Foul Shooting definately was the difference as Portland went to the line 37 times with the Lakers in the low 20's. I don't like blaming the refs but it was clear from the start they didn't want this game getting physical so everytime a Laker player got up close on a portland player it was a foul but Lakers had their chances at the end but after a timeout Fisher missed a wide open 3 to tie the game and after that Kobe forced to many shots and then the game was over. I think the Lakers should of drawn up that same play but for Shannon Brown he hit every three he took in this game. The bench had it's moments butGasol and Bynum wasn't nearly as effective as they were against Denver. It's safe to say Lakers aren't catching the Cavs for Home court in the Finals but I feel Lakers don't need it and they should be fine.

All the Lakers had to do in todays game was knock down a few three pointers but you know when you only make 1 three pointer in the second half, that you just weren't meant to win the game, and that's exactly what it look like, nothing would go in, I guess there's always next game, a tough loss.

Yeah the Lakers can use some consistency I just think they are waiting for Bynum to show up and make everything better but they need to play as if Bynum doesn't exist and make it work with what they have and it will be nice to see them pull some sort of consistency in these last games before Bynum shows up.

Big road trip I hope the Lakers go undefeated because Cavs have been rolling at home and teams really have to come in their home and beat them Cavs aren't gonna beat themselves like the Lakers.

@mont13

I've came across alot of people like that also and it always comes down to Kobe's personality but me I don't give a hoot because I don't know the guy and people that hate Kobe don't personally know him either so you can't judge what you don't know. All I go by is the guys talent on the court and you just can't deny Kobe is gifted and all I ask haters to do is atleast give Kobe some credit for what he does bring to the court.
