@llantaeusll PS3's data would be stored on a memory chip like a usb drive or SD card. Its cheaper to go with flash memory but storage isn't as big as a hard drive which is what all normal PS3 comes with.

This wouldn't be much of a problem if there wasn't any mandatory installs. I think something like this could fly if it was a 32 gigs but the user experience might as well be Sony kicking you in the head. Micro managing install space, having to deal with install times really sucks.

@LindBergh2007 @SDBusDriver1979 Maybe PG games would have fared better if Sega actually marketed the games and not make that abysmal port of Bayonetta for the PS3. There is a lot of Atlus games that are questionable if they would sell or not and Sega isn't going to localize what they think won't sell. I'm am 100% sure Sega would treat Atlus well but with Phantasy Star Online 2 being just about shafted and removal of mini games from Yakuza because it was too japanese. It isn't in the best interest for someone who doesn't live in Japan for Atlus to be sold to Sega. Of course I'll take Sega over some other company say like Capcom. If I would put it in order I would stack it like Sony (unlikely) > Nintendo (just for irony) > Konami > Square (cutting off point) > Sega = Namco > Capcom.

Sega is a bit on the lesser end of developers I don't want Atlus to be sold to mainly for having a history of censoring games and not importing some of the more japanese ass japanese games. Also did not like how Sega handled Platinum Games.

@de-astroturfer @SDBusDriver1979 No there is still time because the consoles haven't hit production yet. Anything can change until then.

@de-astroturfer Nothing is solid until both systems are out in store shelves. Microsoft may have change what video card it is running and there is still rumors on having more than 8 gigs of ram. The specs they give to developers is just an estimate of we they were shooting for at the time. The same goes for Sony as to the whole 3.5 gigs reserved for the OS, it changes quickly.

@greenpolyp No they are the same, they are both businesses that have history on violating consumer rights.
