@Zevvion I have a huge foundation invested in xbox and xbox live. This is a great piece of technology. I'm stoked to see where this will evolve and what MS has to offer at E3. Woot!
It's called technological evolution. I understand where your coming from. BUT... This press conference was held at Microsoft Campus for a reason. Microsoft exemplified the WIDE range of use via the X1. I'm not worried about its gaming performance. The original Xbox and the 360 have satisfied millions of players.. Xbox Live is a behemoth and has destroyed the Sony online experience. Hence, E3 is for gamers and that is where we will see what this thing can do. I'm not highly impressed with the overall design, but I don't think it is as big as it looks. If you go back and look at the NFL interview portion of the announcement they had it set up and it looked very similar to the 360 in size..
haha so many nay sayers.... Get off the forum... All I see is "whah whah what a terrible name." Who cares about the name!? Really? Go post on your Sony page
@mikemaj82 @Rynmik5 lol... Think about your comment for a few and get back to me.. Gaming evolves with technology... This will revolutionize social media, entertainment, AND GAMING...
It's a service and its convenient for console gamers. The playstation network constantly has outages. You pay for the reliability of the service. But I know what your saying, steam is great. Lets see what the steam box does!
Lol I love all the haters. Last time I checked when the 360 was released everybody hopped on the ps3 band wagon because it was "more powerful." Too bad majority of their first party multiplayer launch titles have been an epic fail. Wait, I wanna go play kill zone?. I'll stick to live even if I have to pay. Lets wait and see what happens before everybody cries about the always online rumor round up eh? Jumping to conclusions never did any good. Nevertheless, to each his own. I'm excited!
