Yeah there's not much point in investing in Star Wars encyclopedias or lore any more. There used to be at least some consistency and longevity since the original creator George Lucas nominally approved everything. Now there's a new director and creative mind deciding on the flow of the franchise every 2-3 years. Everything from these news movies could get thrown in the trash again if say Disney sold the rights back to Fox 10 years from now and Lucas got hired back to make the ROTJ sequel trilogy he envisioned.
You know your movie has massive gaping lore problems when a major issue like whether the central superweapon of your movie can even move around is only answered by some guy on twitter.
@syztem: I'm more worried about the cheap build quality on Nintendo's handhelds for the last few years. It's random chance whether you get an IPS or TN screen, a solid or weak hinge, and how many dust particles and other random anomalies you find already embedded in your screens when you turn the unit on. Nintendo is building their cheap handhelds for what they assume are children who don't know any better in an era where most other manufacturers are making extremely high quality flawless portable electronics with high res screens.
