Create a new user its on the first thing in the XMB i think the thing is called users and no you cannot change current PSN names because that is what is registered :twisted:KLONE360

so what are my options do i need to contact ps? because like i said this idiot says he never made a password but the psn id is his email and a saved pass... so atm i cant change anything, cant add a card etc....

theres gotta be something i can do... since this damn guy hasnt emailed me back his dob so i can enter it and get a pass sent to his email...

my brother is in the army was stationed in germany where he got a ps3 on the firs 60 out... so before it got to him it transfered hands a few times... anyways he doesnt hav the pass i emailed the guy whos psn id were using he says he never made a password...

so my question is where do i go to start a new psn id?

here why atm his pass and email are saved but i cant change anything about the profile etc..( and the fact his name is lame) but i wanan know where i can go to make a new id because i cant find a place in the ps3 to do it... i also dont wanna get rid f his info unless i know i got a way to make a new one otherwise i wont be able to log in and play online...
