@binderdundat How so? Metal Gear Rising is a spin-off where you take the role of a Cyborg Ninja. It would make sense for a game with a character like Raiden to be an action game and not a stealth game. If stealth is what you are missing check out Konami's Japanese Youtube channel, they have a trailer showing off some of the stealth. You can even use magazines to sneak up behind enemies like in MGS (and the model they use is the female Type A model from MGO).
@xolivierx @H4num4n And both of you guys are wrong. The game consists of 8 acts and according to previews 3 acts = 6 hours of gameplay. Each act consists of completely different locations and there are several different locations in one act. Also the game has hours of Codecs to learn about the story, the characters, and the lore. There are also VR Missions in game to add on to the hours of gameplay.
@Strydarr Even if they are different companies I feel that the goals of Ninja Gaiden 3 were somewhat the same as DmC. They tried to really focus on story and characters and they simplified the gameplay for casuals.
Because of that Ninja Gaiden 3 is now the Devil May Cry 2 of the series and for me it is probably worse games I've played in a while.
DmC's gameplay is simplified, they took out lock on and combos are very easy to perform, and they are trying to focus a lot of their attention on story.
What's pointless about this whole reboot is that it has nothing to do with the original series. It's a re-imagining of DMC that nobody asked for.
@Dalmar Who cares if THIS Dante has more character. He isn't the same Dante everyone knows and love. This is a different character that no one gives a crap out.
