@Neffian 32 dungeons at lvl80, WvW, sPvP, Fractals of the Mists with unlimited levels of difficulty for dungeon progression fans and even more for endgame content. Oh, and free regular monthly content patches and free expansion-sized patch coming in February and every 5-6 months. Anet is developing the game and adding new content like crazy.

@oflow "You don't have to grind to access engame content and have fun with your friends."I'm pretty sure the above statement is true. Even a full green vitality+toughness/heal+dps stats gear is more than enough to enter any dungeon or zone in the game and grinding is not required but remains an option if you will. Even exotic gear is easily obtainable for dungeon tokens, karma or in-game money.Leveling disciplines and gathering materials is not remotely considerable as grinding. Getting legendaries are the tough parts but legendaries are an option and they won't be any better than the highest tier pieces in regards of stats.

@ikcizokm Everything you find in GW2 is considered endgame content. You don't have to grind to access engame content and have fun with your friends. For example the new Fractals dungeon came out in November is also available for even very low level characters and it's designed to serve players who seek progression and real challenges. There are 9 completely different dungeons in Fractals with tons of fun bossfights and "unlimited" levels of difficulty as you progress in it. The amount of endgame content is just huge and the best thing is that ANet is doing a great job expanding it surprisingly frequently. This game is just a huge evolving world with tons of PvE and almost perfect PvP content. People who say there's no real endgame content in GW2 just don't understand how the game is designed. Typically people try to play it like they would play any other MMO and they try to rush to the level cap (80) at all costs. That is not the way to play GW2 because doing so they'll miss a lot of fun. Just hop into this beautiful world and enjoy the game right from level 1. Actually you don't have to grind gear and XP to enjoy the game. GW2 is not about getting gear to be powerful. It's about getting better in regards of your gameplay skills no matter what you prefer PvE or PvP.

@Bummer88 You're talking about lack of end-game content but you haven't even done all 33 dungeons. Most people who stop playing GW2 after 2 weeks want to play it like it was WoW or SWTOR and they all fail. After two months we're still enjoying the game with my former WoW guildies. Originally we've bought GW2 as a PvP MMO and we're still playing the PvE content. I think Anet needs to communicate with the players more efficiently to tell them how this new MMO's working for different player types. We just have to play it like it was our first MMO and start exploring its features that way. Most people don't even know how to turn "show skill recharge" on in the interface options menu to see remaining CD times on skills and many are complaining about lack of cooldown timers. That's weird.Obviously Anet couldn't finish as much content as they planned due to date but thank to this flexible game engine I'm not afraid of not getting valuable free content patches after they've finished crucial bug fixes.

@Link3301 @UnwantedSpam That's the estimated number of accounts and not people actually playing the game. I just went in to check the BGs and more than 20% of the toons were farmbots constantly running toward walls, running around like headless chicken, following people pointlessly, etc.. Just imagine how many goldfarming and botting accounts will be cancelled soon because they're not worth paying for them.

@IgotEpixx In fact the whole game is endgame content in GW2 and there's a lot of replayability potential in it regarding the 4 diffculty levels for each dungeons, dynamic world events, pvp balance, "real" rpg elements and so on. I will still go to a level 10 dungeon with my lvl80 main because it's going to be still fun and challenging. If it was only pvp I still bought that game because you don't have to level up to stay competitive and pvp is just pure fun IMHO.

@whalesex Same here. Just cancelled my sub. I tried MoP and I tried to love it really hard. But come on, it's 2012. GW2 FTW to be honest.

As a casual PC gamer and enthusyast Microsoft-hater I would say that major titles show no benefits from PS3's advertised improved capabilities. No wonder that software developers making multiplatform titles have hard times in making things work on PS3's fuzzy architecture. Sorry to say but game development is a business where being able to create a product for all available hardware environments is a key issue in survival and in making your life long on the market. I don't have to be an oracle to see the upcoming years where a new Playstation will be announced based on Intel's latest CPU family and a GPU from let's say NVIDIA. That would be a great future for PS owners and for Sony of course. In my opinion Sony is a much better designer compared to Microsoft who they share the same market with. With creating PS3 they tried to look farther than the visible range and spared their potentials with risky decisions like innovative but costly hardware design that was proven unable to benefit from its outstanding computing power. I'm not saying that PS3 is bad in any ways but I'm sure Sony fans expect their consoles to give them far the best in-game experience available on the market. The majority of those who aren't interested in giving extra money for a Bluray player console are buying Microsoft's product. BTW exclusives are great on both sides and therefore many gamers own both consoles. Not to mention the Wii that showed up as a unique and successful approach regarding its targeted audience.
