A 6/10 doesn't mean it's not fun at all. Lightning Returns and Nier got a 5/10 and I enjoyed the heck out of both of those games without regret. Especially for a game with a multiplayer aspect, flaws can easily be overlooked in trade for some memorable cooperation with friends. Anyways, great review as always Kevin. I look forward to your next review.
Here's a suggestion for another topic I've been pondering about myself: We're all aware that video games can assist in relieving symptoms of depression, but could too much gaming cause it?
Final Fantasy 8 and Devil Survivor were two games I really got into, but couldn't handle the difficulty of the final boss and gave up. As much as I'd like to add more games to my checklist of completed games, I have to draw the line when the game stops being fun. In this case, the final bosses weren't difficult in a fun way.
Called it. Knew GameSpot would give the DLC a higher score than the game. Naughty Dog took this DLC way more seriously than most developers do and it turned out exactly how we want DLC to be. I purchased the season pass in faith day 1 and Naughty Dog didn't let me down.
I pre-ordered this game and I don't regret a thing. I buy games for the experience good or bad. If I didn't play the bad ones then I wouldn't appreciate all the good ones. Square Enix obviously experimented with something and failed at execution and I want to analyze that first hand. The game industry makes mistakes just as we do and they don't always see it until they receive feedback.
@crazylooser2003 @Gamer_4_Fun I believe all models contain a 5400RPM HDD. PS3s apparently aren't built to utilize 7200RPM and it can even cause damage. Ever since my friend bought a 7400RPM 500GB HDD his PS3 has been running hotter and the Wi-fi card burnt out.
