i recently connected my xbox to LIVE for the first time, and was pleased to see that i had a free 1 month Gold trial. BUT i have a capped limit (10gig) and would like to know how much downloads online gaming uses up? i NEED to make sure i don't go over the limit because other people in the houshold need it alot for school/work.

so, for example how many MB would one hour of gaming use up? I would appreciate an answer. thanks in advance.
