@DeViLzzz The Wii U is in complete shambles. With the launch window for the PS4 and Xbox One being set, most likely, before Black Friday and before Christmas I wouldn't be surprised if both consoles surpassed the Wii U sales figures by the end of November.
I want this game to be good, the whole premise is very cool - we don't have enough games that explore the plethora of fiction the Roman Empire can provide. To me, Rome should become the new WWII.
A highly scripted and linear hack n slash doesn't seem very promising. The QTEs being replaced by audio cues is a very good sign, but linear and heavily scripted games should be going away not being brought to the forefront.
@collinmul The sense of humor is there, just in a different way.
http://www.penny-arcade.com/report/article/xbox-ones-dead-rising-3-is-super-serious-about-zombies-and-that-makes-it-hi “One of the things we did intentionally was make the game look a lot more serious, so when you go and start goofballing it the contrast is more absurd,” Bridge explained. “It’s up to you to photobomb the game.” During one sequence the character wears a Blanka mask on his head with a cloth shark costume over the rest of his body. You can wear a dress if you'd like. The tone is serious, but you can act as weird, and use as many fantastical weapons, as you’d like. The fun is found in the contrast as much as your actions themselves.
