Nah, I think people want a president who acts and thinks straight.Mr_Cumberdale

It's not difficult for a gay man to appear straight. People think I'm straight constantly.

The question of weather or not the US is "ready" for a gay president is really irrelevant. The president is the leader of the free world and a world-figure. If you think gays are seen in a negative light here in the US, outside of the West the president would never be taken seriously. Heck, the president wouldn't even be allowed in the much of the middle east as an openly gay individual. The scope of the president is much broader than just the US. That's why we won't be seeing one in our lifetime.

That's a nice point, actually.

It depends just how open or......flamboyant they are. But tbh, what business is the love life of any president? The only problem I see is the tradition that may have to be discarded. Although I must say, the chances such a president would have would be very low, the US has way to many voters who are still prejudice against such things. If a LGBT (I say lgbt, I think the chance of a transgendered president are next to zero) president were to bein the runnings, it would probably be in his best interest to keep as quiet about his sequality as possible. US citizens want an average citizen to be president, they want a family man (or woman) I think they would significantly struggle with a gay president, even if they do not have any direct prejudices.

Obviously, a flamboyant guy wouldn't have much chance. But, in this century, I think I see more people willing to accept the community.

Obama did well, as a minority, buy gays might have a bit harder time, especially with Conservatives.

It's a question that I've always asked, but do you all believe that a homosexual Presidential candidate would have a chance? Considering that he/she is without any old stereotypes about the gay community, I firmly believe it is possible for such a candidate to win. Discuss below.

I like Kanye's old stuff a lot better then his new auto tune stuff. I just think it sounds kind of dumb. But I don't really like Eminem that much but Em is a much better rapper but IDK if Kanye is better...

If I'm correct, only two of 'Ye'snew songs (From his new album) use auto-tune. He only abused it in 808's and Heartbreak, which sucked.

And the worst by far is Lil' Wayne. His auto-tune sounds like absolute horse poo. And he makes his whining rap style even more whiney when he uses auto tune.

So true...

Eminem is a sellout. Kanye's new album was amazing compared to Eminem's. If Eminem could go back to his Pre-Not Afraid self, they'd be equal.

As far as I'm concerned, it's a horrible thing. Sure, it can provide interesting effects but, most artists happen to over-use. For example, Kanye, who I'm a fan of, obviously didn't really know what he was doing with "808's And Heartbreak". In fact, after T-Pain debuted his extensive use of it, auto-tune spread like wildfire. So, may I ask you all, is auto-tune tolerable, horrible, or amazing?
