Can anyone tell me how to get into the fort on the island, there is a balcony area I climb on but there is a wire fence in the way ,and I cannot open the main gates. Also I cannot get to the remaining unopened map area,although I have taken all the enemy camps and everything has turned green, if I try to travel there the game will not let me, any help would be good.
